The Australian Brewery (AB) is known for producing deeply addictive craft beers and injecting international flavours into their Australian made product.
So it comes as no surprise to hear the AB brewers have been cooking up a storm creating one of the most addictive seasonal brews this year. Inspired by Breaking Bad and melding Crystal Malt into a Hefeweizen they’ve produced The Heisenberg Crystal Hef.
The spicy and aromatic amber wheat beer has been developed using multiple malt varieties to add loads of flavour. This makes the beer incredibly drinkable and at a steady 5% ABV, the Crystal Hef is set to be a popular drop in bars and pubs in NSW and QLD this summer.
Head brewer Neal Cameron suggests pairing this one with one of the limited edition Jamaican jerk chicken burgers at The Australian Brewery. With rocket, tomato, chipotle, mayonnaise, and mango this dish is a perfect match to the Magnum and Tettnang hops in the Heisenberg Crystal Hef.
