Exciting opportunity in the rapidly expanding craft brewing and beverage industry in Australia and New Zealand
A newly created role, for a motivated and passionate Sales Director to actively drive and manage the client acquisition process for a fast growing and well positioned business in the explosive craft-beer, cider, RTD & boutique soft-drink market. The business offers Clients a highly competitive contract manufacturing solution in an exciting growing segment.
The market is highly fragmented and offers a wide open playing field for an aggressive sales director that is seeking a challenging but highly rewarding environment.
The successful applicant should have proven experience developing and executing end-to-end sales strategies and confidence to deliver in the following areas:
- Sales prospecting, qualifying, analysis, planning
- Developing and maintaining business to business relationships.
- Solutions oriented consulting with client and internal product stakeholders.
- Achieving key sales targets and financial (profitability) metrics
- Other duties as assigned.
Naturally you will be a team player with a can do attitude and a willingness to add value at all levels. The company is offering a highly rewarding compensation structure to compliment the opportunity to become one of the Asia Pacific’s leading contract brewers.
The role reports directly to, and will work closely with, the company CEO. Given results and achievements overtime, there is the potential for management progression within 18-24 months as the sales team and role within the business grows.
It is essential that you have at least 5 years relevant experience and a proven success in sales and business development. Experience or familiarity within the liquor, beer and carbonated beverage industry is a definite plus so is a genuine passion for craft beer and the ability to resonate with fanatical brewers.
Tertiary qualifications in sales and marketing and a knowledge of CRM is desirable.
