The Black Duck Brewery’s new premises in Port Macquarie will soon be open for business. Their eight hectolitre brewhouse is waiting patiently to be pieced together and start cranking out quality beer as the DA has flown through council.

In the meantime their new bottle filler is ready to get stuck into the new capacity while their four hectolitre plant is still chugging away, churning out fresh beer for the locals.

With plans to open the doors in September, fans won’t have long to wait for all the new plans including beer tastings and food matching seesions, regular tours and information sessions, and demonstration sessions for keen brewers and peopleinterested inlearning about brewing.
