Cider Australia presents the 2012 Australian Cider Awards Dinner atThe Sebel Hotel Surry Hills, 28 Albion St, Surry Hills, Friday October 12.

Arrival drinks 6:30 for a 7:30pm dinner.

Dress is smart casual.

The evening will include the presentation of the 2012 Australian Cider Awards and medal winners and a 5 course degustation matched with the 12 Judges selection of Australian and international ciders.

Trade and public are welcome.

Dinner Menu:

Smoked tea duck with lentils and a blackberry jelly

Home cured salmon with citrus fennel and dry cider cream

Hereford Prime beef tenderloin with cider savoy cabbage mash and okra beans

Double brie with gooseberry compote

Caramel and praline cone with a pear sorbet

Tickets: $120 per person.

The room is configured in tables of 10, so you can book a whole table or share with fellow cider producers and enthusiasts.
