Presented by the WA Brewers Association in partnership with Bintani and Cryer Malt, the WA Beer & Brewing Conference is returning to Perth on June 9 at Claremont Showgrounds.

Following a Welcome to Country from Ingrid Cumming, Matt Jones from Four Pillars Gin will give a keynote address before the day delivers a trade expo, brewing workshops and panel discussions. There are also sensory sessions on off flavour training and the beer judging process.
Among the topical discussions on offer, attendees can hear from industry figures about the benefits of having a diverse and inclusive workplace, the potential impact of AI on the brewing world, harnessing Cryo hops in the brewhouse and an all important talk on how to keep a brewery running.
