Red Duck has released another Kölsch-style ale with their new K2 brew. The second of their traditional Cologne-type beers, the ale is described as being “is brilliantly clear, with fresh, soft aromatics, easy and clean drinking with a crisp dry finish”.

In other news a shipment from Harviestoun, Scotland has landed at Northdown and will be filtering out to your favourite craft beer retailers very soon. On offer are some real heavyweights with their Bitter & Twisted, a Golden Ale and winner of the World Beer Awards: World’s Best Ale, Schiehallion, a Lager and winner of the World Beer Awards: World’s Best Pilsner, and Old Engine Oil, a Porter and a Gold Medal Winner at the Great Taste Awards.

Or for those who like their beer aged, there are some interesting brews to get your chops around, including Ola Dubh 12, an Imperial Porter aged in 12-year-old Highland Park whiskey barrels and Ola Dubh 16, an Imperial Porter aged in 16-year-old Highland Park whiskey barrels.
