Sydney-based Rocks Brewing Co have taken the next step in the creation of their new brewery – opening soon in Alexandria.
Brewery Scotty Morgan is off to the US to inspect the new brewery before it gets shipped from IDD in California to Sydney.
The brewery is the very latest 20HL HEBS
(High
Efficiency Brewing System)
and will be the first of its kind to be installed here in Australia.
Word on the street is that it may not be alone for long, with at least one other Australian brewery rumoured to be inspecting the brewhouse before it ships.
