We all love beer… and we all love food. Which is why the good folks at Sydney’s Redoak Boutique Bier Café have been busy putting together a brand-new Spring menu to bring the best beers they’ve got together with the best tucker that Redoak chef Chris Beard could source, create and match.

The result is a laundry list of suitably mouth-watering combinations that should be enough to tempt even the fussiest of palates. From the quartets of beer with matched tasting boards, through to the more substantial mains – which include a house specialty organic lamb sausage, made with Redoak’s barnstorming St Nicholas brew – the team are making serious inroads into making sure that beer takes pride of place at the table.
