Pinchgut launches the punt for melbourne cup day

Pinchgut Brewing Co have fired up the mash tun this week to get their latest seasonal offering ready in time for ‘the race that stops the nation’ – Melbourne Cup Day.

To celebrate Australia’s favourite horse race, Pinchgut is brewing The Punt – a Pacific Summer Ale made with Aussie barley and wheat, and finished with kiwi-grown Super Alpha and Motueka hops, to provide a citrusy, tropical 4.8% ABV golden pale ale.
