Tony Dapson from Napier in New Zealand is a man on a mission. Through his small brewing company – NATURALE – he is looking for brewers to brew and sell his unique patented beer recipe.

According to Dapson the beer uses “an iconic NZ ingredient” and he has patented the recipe to protect his secret.

He describes his Ale as “refreshingly clean, sweet and bitter, with its own unique flavour”, and says that everyone who tries the brew, loves it – eve those who don’t normally like or drink beer.

As such, Dapson is looking to “form an association with Australian breweries (any size or number) to licence agreements to produce this unique ale – to brew, market, package, and sell over bars and in take home growlers”.

He will instruct brewers how to brew the Ale, as well as supplying the unique ingredient to the brewery for every batch made and also keeping an eye on the beer quality.

According to Dapson “This is an opportunity to put something different and interesting out there, along side your best selling beers and ales.”

For those breweries and brewpubs interested in licensing the beer, please email brewmorebeers@actrix.co.nz
