Highlighting its passion for the Bondi community, local brewer Bondi Brewing Co has today announced the opening of a new beachfront microbrewery and a collaborative fundraising project.

The new microbrewery is located within Easy Tiger, a joint venture between Bondi Brewing Co and House Made Hospitality, located on Campbell Parade.

The Bondi community has been the backbone of the brewery’s success since its inception in 2018, and in a pledge to support the local area, Bondi Brewing Co has announced its limited-edition Good Tanks collaborative beer series.

Passionate about supporting worthy causes, the brewery will partner with different local legends and community leaders for the creation of each beer in the Good Tanks series, with one dollar for every beer sold being donated directly to the collaborators chosen charity or community project.

The first beer in the series, the Salties Pacific Lager, has been brewed in partnership with community swim group Bondi Salties in support of Pledge for the Planet. Further beers will be announced in due course, with each of the collaborative creations brewed at the new microbrewery and available for locals to enjoy on tap at the venue.

Paul Parks, Head Brewer at Bondi Brewing Co. spoke about the cause: “For our first major collaboration of 2024, we wanted to highlight local legends and give them the opportunity to not only be part of a fun brewing project, but also give back to a cause that is meaningful to them. It’s about bringing people together and creating awareness one tank at a time.

“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to support the community that I know and love, all from our new microbrewery, and in partnership with our mates at House Made Hospitality and Easy Tiger. This year is off to a cracking start, and I can’t wait to bring Bondi locals and beer lovers more tasty brews with a cause in 2024 and beyond.”
