Three Tails Brewery has unveiled its latest creation, Love and Chaos, a distinctive brew born from a collaboration with the local Love and Chaos Tattoo Gallery in Mudgee.
The partnership, which pairs craftsmanship from the world of tattooing with the art of brewing, has resulted in a custom-designed mid-strength Helles Lager.
The beer, available both on-tap and in cans, features original artwork by Love and Chaos owner, Scott Menzies. His bold design perfectly complements the beer’s malty sweetness, delivering a refreshing, floral and citrus-infused flavour.
Three Tails Brewery Co-owner, Mick Ash, shared his excitement about the unique collaboration.
“Love and Chaos is a one-of-a-kind beer – it pairs everything you love in a Three Tails brew, with Scott’s custom designs that perfectly capture the vibe of this beer – crushable and refreshing, with a delicate amount of floral, citrus hops.”
Ash also highlighted the artistic connection between tattooing and brewing.
“This partnership gave us an opportunity to explore the connection between tattooing and brewing – both are art forms in their own right, with strong histories of craftsmanship and creativity. It’s a fantastic fusion of Mudgee’s creative scene.”
For Menzies, the collaboration was an exciting chance to blend his passion for art with the brewing process.
“It was an honour to be a part of this collaboration. To be able to combine my passion for art, with the work of the Three Tails team and their craftsmanship and attention-to-detail, was an exciting opportunity – and the beer itself tastes great! It’s always a pleasure to work with such a great bunch of guys,” he said.
Love and Chaos joins a growing list of collaboration beers from Three Tails Brewery. The brewery previously released Mudgee Mochaccino in partnership with Acreage Coffee and Spencer Cocoa, as well as Two Worlds Collide #2 with Logan Wines.
The new beer is available on-tap and in cans at Three Tails Brewery and across Central West NSW stockists.
