Steve is the brewer at Brightstar Brewing in Thebarton in SA as well as that state's chapter lead for the Independent Brewers Association. After 10 years brewing in WA and throughout the US he has consulted for start-up breweries also. Steve passionately believes in beer education - for drinkers and brewers alike.
