Submissions are now open for Beer & Brewer’s upcoming panel tasting – and we’re making a late-Winter pivot!
While our initial focus was on Stouts, uptake has been a little lighter than expected. With Spring just around the corner, we’ve decided to shift our attention to Pale Ales and IPAs, including West Coast, Hazy/NEIPA and DIPA styles.
We’re looking for hop-forward, fresh and flavour-packed entries – whether classic, juicy, dank, or experimental – to feature in our next tasting, with feedback from our expert panel and national exposure via Beer & Brewer.
The new deadline for Pale Ale and IPA submissions is Monday, 18 August, so don’t delay if you’d like to be involved.
Already sent us Stouts or Barrel-aged/Strong Ales?
No worries – those beers will still be judged and featured in the coming weeks as planned.
We’re also continuing to welcome new releases of any style, so if you’ve recently launched something fresh to market, we’d love to include it.

Include the following:
- Two samples of each beer you’d like to enter
- A high-resolution image of each bottle or can (preferably on a white background) emailed to: djackson@intermedia.com.au
- Any supporting info you’d like our panel to consider (brewing notes, ingredients, etc.)
