4 Pines Brewing is set to elevate Brisbane’s newest experience destination, Landers Pocket with an 800-person capacity gastropub, distillery, private dining, events and function space.
The venue’s 32 draught taps will pour the award-winning 4 Pines Brewing Co. core range, as well as two rotating taps of “here today, never to be seen again” limited release beers brewed on site.
Todd Atkinson, General Manager at 4 Pines Brewing Co. shared his excitement for the brand’s involvement in the landmark precinct.
“4 Pines Brewing Landers Pocket isn’t your average pub – it’s part of a one-of-a-kind entertainment quarter with the freshest beer brewed on-site, great food, good vibes, and something for everyone. We’re pumped to throw the doors open and be part of this epic new precinct,” he said.
Located just 10 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, Landers Pocket is four times the size of Howard Smith Wharves, spanning more than 16 hectares alongside Golf Central.
Set to open 19 November, the site is designed to offer experiences and hospitality for locals and future visitors in the lead up to the Olympics in 2032.
Landers Pocket is uniquely positioned as one of the first venues travellers will see after leaving Brisbane Airport, creating potential to become a major drawcard for travellers, eventgoers, families and locals.
For Atkinson, Brisbane presented an ideal opportunity for the brand and sharing the 4 Pines experience, with its lifestyle, climate and the capacity to go bold with a rare cleanskin site like Landers Pocket.
“We’ve been on a mission to share our award-winning beers with as many Aussies as possible. The Sunshine State has always been a home away from home for us, with a lot of our beer enjoyed by Queenslanders,” he explained.
Adelaide distillery Never Never Distilling Co. joins 4 Pines at the destination which fuses golf, dining, live music, brewing, and distilling; as well as soon-to-be-completed Padel courts, a Kick-n-Catch play zone, village green, and a 3000-person outdoor event and concert amphitheatre.
James Cooper, Director at Lander’s Pocket said: “Our vision for Landers Pocket is to create a truly unique entertainment destination – a place that celebrates award winning beer and gin, new wave golf and elevated dining. This is just the beginning.”
The brewery and distillery will be accompanied by an elevated dining and cocktail experience, showcasing local produce and seafood, plus multiple event and function areas.
The venue will also feature a beer garden and outdoor social space, driving bays and a new mini golf course designed with friends, families, and couples in mind.
