Two Birds Brewing has contracted the services of Gage Roads Brewing Co. to produce the Victorian’s Golden Ale for local consumers.
Two Birds co-owner Danielle Allen says that the decision was made to brew in WA to help reduce overheads, such as high freight costs and lost time in empty keg collection, as well as to provide a fresher, locally-produced brew for their loyal Western Australian customers.
Distribution in WA will be handled by Jock Wilberforce at the Freo Doctor Liquor Store, and 50-litre kegs of Golden Ale will be available from mid-October.
