On Wednesday, US based The Brewers Association – a not-for-profit trade group specialising in statistics – released its Top 50 Craft Breweries and Top 50 Overall Breweries Lists for 2011. The compilations are based on 2011 beer sales volume, so it’s great to see that on the Overall List, 36 of the 50 names are small and/or independent craft brewers.
