But, more importantly for lovers of limited releases, Schwartz was chuffed to have recently completed a collaboration brew with one of the finest brewers in the world. Anders Kissmeyer is a former Master Brewer at Carlsberg in Denmark, has won the title of best Master Brewer in the world and was the Chief International Judge at the AIBA this year. Beer & Brewer exclusively covered the event – which you can read about in Issue 22, which is now on sale, and see pics of it here – to witness the Mike and Anders create an ‘Australian Spiced Saisson’ made with the addition of freshly ground bush tomatoes, Wattleseed and Pepperberry.
