Holgate Brewhouse, one of Victoria’s leading craft brewers since their inception in 1999, is
looking for an Assistant Brewer to join their production team to help meet existing demand and grow the business further.

The position will initially be a part-time – three day per week – role, however it is expected that the role will become full time as the brewery grows.
The successful applicant will
cover all brewery production tasks, from brewing to keg clean/fill, packaging
line and general cleaning and warehousing.
The applicant should be a self-motivated team player with a focus on
producing consistent, quality beer. A tertiary brewing qualification or food
science background is preferable. Forklift license also a plus.
