Yep, everyone’s new favourite Danish gypsy brewer – and twin brother to the famed Mikeller brewer – has moved himself and his brewing operations to US.

Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø has
moved from his Copenhagen to New York, hence is now brewing the Evil Twin beers in
USA – perhaps appropriate given the rather pointed name he has given his canned brew.

There is plenty of new stuff from the Dane hitting shelves in Australia with limited quantities of Hipster Ale Cans (Pale Ale)
and The Cowboy (Smoked Pilsner) now available along with a few others below.

Premium – American Farmhouse
Ale

A ‘post prohibition’ style ale
brewed with pilsner malt, corn, rice, 3 hop varieties, farmhouse yeast and
Brett.

Table Beer – Belgian
Ale
4.7%
A dry finish with light, funky
yeast esters and fruity plus earthy hops. Extremely quaff-able

Lower Dens, Sensory Series v.1 –
Hibiscus Ale

This beer is an interpretation of
rock band Lower Dens’ song “In The End is The Begining”

Cellar Door – Belgian
White
6.6%
A delicate complexity and
refreshing wheat beer spiced with white sage and Belgian yeast
character

Stateside Saison 6.8%
Brewed with the finest European
malts over New Zealand and USA hops and saison yeast

Hipster Ale (Cans) – American Pale
Ale
5.5%
This pale ale is a homage to the
global hipster. Light caramel malt with a big hop kick of pine and
citrus.

The Cowboy – Smoked
Pilsner
5.5%
A smokey, malty pilsner. Amber in
colour with faint notes of tropical fruit.
