New details for the October 24 festival will be released soon.
The Carwyn Collaborational is a boutique international beer festival of an ilk not seen in Australia before. The festival will pair 12 of the best craft breweries in Australia with 12 renowned international breweries in a street party style festival on Blythe St in Thornbury, Melbourne.
In the spirit of collaboration, the paired breweries will share a stand on the day—and you bet your britches that each pairing will collaborate on a beer! Some collaboration brews will be available at the festival, while some will be released at a later date.

BrewCon was originally scheduled for September and while the IBA expected fewer restrictions then, they felt it was too risky to go ahead as planned so the conference and trade expo has been moved to November, between 9-12 with further announcements to follow at the beginning of June once the schedule has been locked in.
With the date change also comes a change in scene as BrewCon moves to the Sunshine Coast. BrewCon2020 will be heading up to the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre, where the members can enjoy a little slice of paradise and a raft of fun and games.
