His preferences are:
– 10HL brewhouse – Combi 2 x Vessel System
– Malt Mill + Loading Hopper + frame
– 6 x 12HL fermentation/maturation universal tanks
– Chiller system
– Steam solenoids
– Electric Hot Liquor Tank
– Cold Liquor tank
– Plus pumps, filter, tank solenoids & laboratory instruments
– Keg washer – semi auto
– Keg filler – manual or auto
