Things have changed! The latest Beer & Brewer magazine has hit shelves with a completely new look and feel.

A bit like a good beer, magazines should always have a fresh quality about them so we thought it was high-time we spruced things up a bit. We hope you agree that our new look is more modern, engaging and easier to read.

While the magazine’s design may be different, we are still committed to focusing on quality beer, the brewers that make it and the stories they inspire.

We have kicked off our new era with some exciting features to soak up while enjoying a beer…or two. This edition we were keen to highlight the people and places that sell good beer so we drew on the extensive knowledge of industry experts and collated our inaugural list of Australia’s Top 50 Beer Venues. For the Top 10, check out our story here.

This issue also has a seasonal feel to it, with a focus on how to enjoy the warmer months. From the top 20 ciders for spring, to tips on how to improve your BBQ skills, we have you covered.

We know many of you love getting in the kitchen so we’ve got some great beer-inspired recipes to try from ex-Masterchef contestant Billy Law’s new book Man Food.

For the historians among you, we’ve taken a look at the great beer family dynasties, which have helped shaped the beer industry in their own backyards, as well as further afield.

Finally, the other key change we’ve made is to move Homebrewer inside Beer & Brewer so that it flows as one magazine rather than two back-to-back. It means you don’t have to turn the magazine upside down anymore.

Beer & Brewer is available at Dan Murphy’s nationwide, as well as independent bottle shops, home brew shops, and newsagencies. To subscribe, click here.

We hope you enjoy the read!
