Re:Bleach v Sodium Met - 2008/05/19 13:16 Hi there.I'm new here but I refuse to believe that someone can't get great results from a standard Cooper's kit.Never had a dud in over 20 years of brewing.Sure you can make better beers, but the Cooper's kits produce great beer if you follow the basic steps and let the beer mature for three months or more.Cheers Phil.

Re:Bleach v Sodium Met - 2008/05/19 16:46 Thomas Coopers Black Label is better than Great, it's Awesome. The Heritage Lager is up there in far more expensive kitbrews. Compared to the white label, this is a far superior Beer at 45 cents a schooner.

I've had a quite a few duds with the whitelabel/International series. Never a problem with their Black Label, morgans, muntons, black rock, brewcraft or Beermakers.

Re:Bleach v Sodium Met - 2008/05/31 14:10 Plastic may be good for soft drink, but when was the last time anyone bought packaged beer in PET? Stick to glass, it ain't that hard to keep clean & sterilised.
