Beer to your doorstep - 2007/05/01 17:52 Having a chat with a mate who spent much of his life living inv arious countries in Europe, he put me on to what sounds like a great idea. Regular beer home delivery.

I know it's not very original, but who wouldn't like a few cases delivered every month, to do away with those pesky runs to the bottle shop.

Kind of like the Wine Society for the beer lover - either with your set favourite delivery, or some mixed cases to try something new.

Why hasn't anyone done this in Australia yet?! I'd be there.

What I'd really like is a regular thing. A case or two of your usual and a mixed 24 on the 1st of every month.

Using a subscription model perhaps?

You can always ring up and order any beers subject to avaliability from their two lists (shops and masters list)
and they can deliver for you.

I like to say it is like reading a long long long menu of beers from Canada, England, Belgium, Germany, Czech, France, Australia, Japan so on, and just picking out a few

No problems about beer delivery in my small village, we have four brewers in town and its just a phone call away, or a small wobbly walk
