Staropramen - 2007/03/25 14:48 Staropramen, a czech pilsner, is my beer of the month and would recommend it to those like pilsner urquel, becks, very tasty...i buy it from vintage cellars, sure to be avail in other bottle shops.

Re:Staropramen - 2007/04/15 20:37 a mate let me know about a new beer to try, Menabrea, its an Italian beer (birra), 5.1% alcohol, gold medal winner at the world beer championships, chicago USA. only $14.99 a 6 pack, great value, my beer of the month now.

It's getting a bit chilly for such a light refresher, but it's a nice change of pace for them from the usual.

Re:Staropramen - 2007/06/20 08:38 Would have to agree on Staropramen. Its one of the nicest Czech pilsners i've had. Rich and full of flavour with plenty of hops and bitterness. Highly recommend it.
