Beer & Brewer Magazine Announces Best Beer Venues In Australia & New Zealand, Issue 15 On Sale November 17.

The Local Taphouse St Kilda and Malthouse Wellington have been adjudged Beer & Brewer Magazine’s inaugural Best Beer Venue for Australia and New Zealand respectively. Selected from an extensive list by a panel of Beer & Brewer experts, both The Local Taphouse and Malthouse best exemplified the ultimate beer venue encompassing great beer, food matching, aesthetics, entertainment, knowledge, promotion and service.

Winners were announced at a presentation ceremony held at the Sebel Hotel in Surry Hills, NSW on Wednesday November 10. The Local Taphouse was a winner of three awards including the Peoples Choice Award as voted by Beer & Brewer readers cementing its place as a beacon for beer lovers across the country.

Issue 15 of Beer & Brewer Magazine goes on sale November 17 when readers can view the full results of every single winner and finalist of the inaugural Beer & Brewer Best Beer Venue Awards across Australia and New Zealand.

Our summer issue also includes a focus on Golden Ale for those hot summer months including the UK obsession with the style and a special look at cider, one of the fastest growing alcoholic beverages worldwide.
