Seeking an experienced Brewer to join our team

We are now seeking to add to our dedicated, hard-working and good-beer-appreciating Brew Team! Like all Burleigh Brewing roles, this is not one for the faint hearted. We are a small team, working hard to make things happen. We are a growing business, giving you the opportunity to grow with us, both personally and professionally. We are seekingsomeone with a commitment to becoming a long-term member of our team and who is excited about the prospect of working for a small, dynamic organisation where life is not necessarily ‘cushy’ or glamorous, but where no two days are ever the same. The position is full-time … and full-on.To be considered for this Brew Team position on our team you will need:• well-rounded experience in a micro or craft brewery setting, including the ability to undertake various cleaning, brewing, filtering, lab and packaging activitiesUnsupervised • a fastidious approach to hygiene and hygienic manufacturing practices• Fabulous attention to detail• An enthusiastic and motivated approach• Able to keep accurate records and complete paperwork as instructed• The ability to follow instructions to the letter – but also the ability to think in a logicaland creative manner when required• A mechanical mind and a working knowledge / ability with basic tools and machinery• A willingness to tackle any task requested• Available to work full-time, with some particularly long days and some weekendwork thrown in. This is real, craft brewing!• You must qualify residentially to work in Australia.• Current permits:Valid Australian driver’s licenceValid Australian forklift licenceQLD RSA certificateIf you think you fit the bill, we’d like to hear from you.
